The new Deluxe Inflatable PFD with Hydrostatic Inflator will be USCG approved for recreational use as a Type II and for Uninspected Commercial Vessels less than 40 feet long, when worn in lieu of Type II and III PFDs under 46 CFR 160.064 and is approved under 160.076
