The MD4025 FR Aviation Damage Tolerant Life Preserver (DTLP) is designed for tactical rotary wing aircrew conducting operations in hostile environments. This PFD uses a manual Halkey-Roberts inflator, and is covered with fire retardant fabrics. An optional Kevlar® based ballistic pouch MA4050 is available to contain shrapnel in the event of a direct hit on the CO˛ cylinder. |
