MA4050 - This ballistic CO² cylinder pouch provides containment in the event of ballistic penetration. If unprotected, ballistic impact to the cylinder can cause fragmentation or cause the cylinder to become a hazardous projectile itself. Testing has shown that if unprotected, the cylinder separates from its inflator when struck and is extremely hazardous to the wearer. The MA4050 Ballistic Protective Pouch is protected by Pacific Safety Product's Canadian Patent No. 2,348,139 and US Patent pending.
