Rope splicing is a very strong method of fixing a loop eye or joining two ends together; as the rope is pulled tighter, the spliced strands become more and more squeezed and locked into place.

Secure Screen of Minnesota offers commercial screens that will fit any door, window, or patio. They are made of durable Textilene™™ material and are available in black, almond or gray.

Commercial Secure Screen

Retractable secure screen for commercial applications

The commercial applications can be mounted in-jamb or to the inside of the jamb in order to maximize the head room. They can be made to fit almost any opening, and are also available with motorization. The screens are mounted on an aluminum tube and travel in metal tracks that guide them up and down.

Just like on the residential screens, there are hand straps to make screen usage easy and quick. On the commercial screen, these straps also keep the screen from continuing their upward travel once they reach the barrel unit.

These straps are on either side of a commercial screen. One strap fastens to the screen and secures to the jamb, while the opposite strap is fastened to the jamb and secures to the screen. When both straps are secure, the screen will be locked in position.

Commercial applications are available in almost any size. They are spring loaded but manipulate by hand straps. There are support rods sewn in at the seams for extra durability.
