center spring pad on sectional garage doors. Most doors that are a bit
close can be adjusted to fit. We always send an estimator free of
charge before an installation.

Yes. Secure Screens make excellent bug and sun screens that will
last for decades.

Wind will not damage the Secure Screen. The Velcro®
seal may be broken on the edges as the screen billows in high wind
conditions.

Use a soft brush and soapy water to clean your screen. Also
lubricate the zipper with pledge periodically. The screen self stores
so that it stays clean during periods of non use.

Secure Screen Systems warranties the screen material for 15 years
against rot or fading of the material. The retraction system has a 1
year warranty. The spring is a 26,000 cycle spring giving it an
extremely long life.

The Textilene™ Secure-Screen is
warranted for the period of time the screen remains in its original
installation on an owner occupied single family private residence
(home) until the homeowner(s) residing in the home at the time of
installation of the screen(s) sells the home or no longer resides in
the home, whichever occurs first, at which time this warranty shall
expire in its entirety. The screen is warranted against an increase in
fabric openness* greater than 30% as a result of normal weathering.
This warranty applies only to fabric openness caused by any source
than normal weathering.
The ProTex™ Secure-Screen is warranted for a period of 10 years
starting at the installation date and as long as the screen remains in
its original installation on a owner occupied single family private
residence (home) until the homeowner(s) residing in the home at the
time of installation of the screen(s) sells the home, no longer
resides in the home, or the 10 year warranty period expires, whichever
occurs first, at which time this warranty shall expire in its
entirety.
Claims under this warranty are limited specifically to replacement of
screen and do not cover the cost of labor, frame, hardware, applicable
taxes, shipping or other consequential expenses related to the
removal, return, or reinstallation of the screen. Secure-Screen will
in no event be liable for special, incidental or consequential damages
related to the screen. This warranty is not transferable and shall
expire immediately upon the sale of the home by the homeowner
purchasing Secure-Screen(s) or at the time such homeowner no longer
resides in the home, whichever occurs first. This is the complete and
only warranty provided for Secure-Screen’s. There are no other
warranties, express or implied, for these products.
Secure-Screen Systems warranties all parts with original pack for one
year starting at the original shipping date.
*Fabric Openness is the space between the strands in the screen
that allows sunlight to penetrate the screen. The more open the
screen, the less solar shading the screen provides. If an increase in
openness were to occur, the screen would no longer provide as much
solar shading as it did when originally purchased (it will not fall
apart, develop holes or expand significantly). The warranty allows for
replacement of the screen if fabric openness increases as a result of
normal weathering.
