Splicing Instructions

Rope splicing is a very strong method of fixing a loop eye or joining two ends together; as the rope is pulled tighter, the spliced strands become more and more squeezed and locked into place.

A Fully Retractable Screen for your
Garage Door!

Secure Screens are a great accessory to your existing garage door. They are mounted just above the torsion springs of your garage door. There is a screen for almost any size opening.

A Secure Screen can be installed quickly and easily in your garage by a door professional. Every Secure Screen comes with a 15 year limited warranty.

Secure Screens unique ratchet system allows for extremely easy manipulation. Just pull screen down to secure it, then pull the release on the ratchet and the spring assist will retract the screen.

Your retractable garage door screen can be ordered containing either Textilene™ or Protex™ material.

Textilene™

Secure Screen is made with Textilene™, which is the #1 exterior screening fabric on the market today in durability and performance.

Black - Commercial screens available in black almond and gray Textilene™ fabric is a woven PVC coated non-stretch polyester yarn that is formulated to withstand solar abuse. Textilene is a woven fabric using .025" diameter vinyl-coated 1000 denier polyester core yarn in the warp and fill. Almond - Retractable screens for residential garage doors It is flame, fade and mildew resistant. It remains stable under hot or cold temperatures and is engineered to withstand years of outdoor use.

The lightest colors provide the best rejection from the sun. Darker colors have the sharpest outward visibility.

Designed specifically for bug control. Secure Screens fiberglass insect screen is woven from high quality fiberglass yarn that is precisely coated with a protective material. Manufactured under strict standards to ensure the mesh is consistent and uniform.

FloridaScreens

FloridaScreens attach to the jamb of the opening using hook and loop Velcro®. They can be rolled up by hand and secured with straps. FloridaScreens are available in either Textilene™ or Protex™ material. FloridaScreens can accommodate zero, one, two, or three zippers and are available in the six colors listed above for the retractable garage door screens.
