DURO SOLAS Twin Chamber PFD

Spinlock DURO SOLAS 275N lifejacket has been engineered for demanding use and conditions with a new heavy duty, durable outer cover is designed to be utilized where SOLAS approved lifejackets are required. An improved buckle system ensures easy donning, ultimate comfort and fit for commercial marine users.

An excellent solution on commercial vessels, oil rigs, wind farms and super yachts. Designed to be worn together with most fall arrest harnesses, the Spinlock DURO Twin Chamber life vest fits comfortably over layers of workware, the unique shape allows freedom of movement and reduce bulk.

The DURO SOLAS is fitted with 2 inflation systems and uses two UML MK5 inflators. This is a water sensitive activation system that uses a compress paper capsule which dissolves when wet, which then releases a spring to puncture the CO² cylinder. The cap is designed so that only water flowing upwards throught the unit will cause it to activate. Water, spray and rain running down the PFD will not cause activation.
