Risk of Loss

All items purchased from Machovec.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Return Policy

We want you t o be completely satisfied with your order from Machovec.com and we will gladly exchange, replace, or refund any merchandise that doesn't meet your expectations, subject to the following restrictions:

• If you receive incorrect or defective merchandise, you must contact us within ten (10) days of purchase to receive a return authorization. Returns must be accompanied by the original sales slip.

• Dated materials and publications are not returnable.

• Special orders and customized products are not returnable.

• Shipping charges are not refundable except in cases of defective merchandise.

• Merchandise exchange after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Disputes

Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to Machovec.com or to products you purchase through Machovec.com shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Minnesota, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate Machovec.com's intellectual property rights, Machovec.com may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any state or federal court in the state of Minnesota, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Insufficient Funds

Checks returned for insufficient funds may be assessed a $40.00 service fee. The fee and total amount may be electronically withdrawn from your bank account via EFT.
